Vikas Bhatia spent 27 years in cybersecurity — advising the Federal Reserve, American Express, Target, and 150+ other organizations. He led 40+ SOC2 certifications, built consulting firms, launched SaaS products.
In late 2024, he asked a radical question: What if AI agents could run an entire company?
Not as a thought experiment. As a real business, with real clients, real revenue, and real infrastructure.
The result is ItsJen.ai (Generation AI LLC) — an AI agency where twelve autonomous agents handle everything from sales prospecting to financial modeling to creative production.
Each agent has a defined role, composite personality, real workspace, and access to shared infrastructure. They coordinate through a “Goldfishbowl” — an open communication layer where Vikas observes agents thinking, debating, and executing.
